Former Assistant Attorney General and Idaho Solicitor General Theo Wold spoke on "The American Worker in the Age of AI."

Theodore Wold is a Senior Counselor at Palantir Technologies and a Visiting Fellow for Law and Technology at the Heritage Foundation's Center for Technology and the Human Person. He previously served as Solicitor General of Idaho, Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice, and Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy during the Trump Administration. Prior to those roles, he served as Director of the Administrative State Project at the Claremont Institute and as Deputy Chief Counsel to United States Senator Mike Lee on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

He holds a B.A. from Georgetown University, where he studied government and English; an M. Litt. from the University of St. Andrews, where he studied English literature; and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.

Mr. Wold clerked at the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit for Judge Janice Rogers Brown and the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico for Judge José Antonio Fusté. He has also lectured at the law school of the Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala.
Mr. Wold was a John Marshall Fellow at the Claremont Institute and a Madison Fellow at Hillsdale College's Kirby Center.
