On Tuesday, October 21, at 4:30pm, the Buckley Institute hosted our annual Supreme Court Review, looking at the most significant Supreme Court decisions of the spring 2025 term. For this year’s panel, the Buckley Institute is pleased to welcome William and Mary Law School’s Jonathan Adler and the Hoover Institution’s Eugene Volokh.

The two legal experts will take a deep dive into the headline driving rulings of the Supreme Court’s most recent term with a focus on decisions on birthright citizenship, sex transitions, and the First Amendment.
