An Inside Look at our Nation’s Capital

The Washington Fellowship is an exclusive, fully-funded opportunity for a select group of Buckley Fellows to spend a week in Washington D.C. meeting with government officials, members of Congress, judges, think tank scholars, journalists, and the people who make the nation’s capital run.

Details

The 2026 D.C.  Fellowship will run during Yale’s 2026 spring break, from the afternoon of Sunday, March 8, through Friday, March 13. This selective fellowship is only open to Buckley Fellows.

The Buckley Institute is grateful to the Paul Bremer Fellowship Fund and the Mark Palmer Fellowship Fund for assisting in covering the costs for students to join the annual trip to Washington, D.C.
